Watch out for fake ratings.
Never been to the pet store, but watch out for the reviews. One of the one star reviews below is a fake--the one about the dog being mistreated while groomed. That review also appears for several other petstores.

It was great... yes they are a small business some items are more expensive.. but they are great, the people are nicem helpful, and fun. I felt at home when i walked in.... this pet store is great.
