ImPerfect Light

We have had Perfect Light do our Christmas Lights for about 5 years now. At first, they were "Perfect" but the last 2 years, they have been a disaster. Last year, 2 extension cords melted because they wired the electrical box wrong, creating a fire hazard. We had our lights off for 2 weeks waiting for them to fix the problem.

This year, several strings are falling off the house, and 2 dozen lights are out. We have been calling them since Nov. 29th (today is Dec. 13th), and have been assured each time someone would be there the next day. So far nothing, not even a call to apologize for their bad service.

I do not recommend them. Take your service elsewhere

If you think Perfect Light is bad then try out AMAZING LIGHTING. Perfect Light will be heads above. We used AMAZING LIGHTING OF THE WOODLANDS, and 1 month later still do not have our lights up.



AMAZING LIGHTING IS A VERY VERY BAD RAN BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE. DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY FROM AMAZING LIGHTING, THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE SEEN. THEY WILL NOT BE AROUND AT THIS RATE VERY LONG.

Fed up with The Perfect Light

The Perfect Light does not care about customer satisfaction. We have been customers for six years, starting with regular landscape lights, and were very happy until the 3rd year they installed our Christmas lights. The first two years it was perfect; lights and wreaths were installed and taken down in exactly the timeframe we requested. No problems. The 3rd year, however, we were asked to install in Oct and offered a discount. We chose to wait until the 1st week in Nov. and after 3 no-shows they were installed Dec 10, a month later than requested. When we expressed dissatisfaction after the 3rd no-show, a supervisor told us "I guess we can dump the lights on your lawn and you can install them yourselves." In hindsight, I should have fired them on the spot, but we stuck with them until this year, our 4th season of Christmas lights. This time I got smart and scheduled in Oct. hoping for later in the month but they came Oct 10. It's easy to ignore the un-lit lights so I didn't worry too much about them interfering with my outdoor harvest decorations. However, I wasn't prepared to have The Perfect Light call and want to install the wreaths, 5 huge beautiful wreaths with bright red ribbons, and garland on Nov 9. This would definitely interfere with harvest decor, and I asked for a later date. Again, rudeness. I was told it was Nov 9 or they couldn't guarantee to install them before Christmas. Really? It's Nov 8...I'm a long-time customer...not one person in my subdivision has Christmas decorations on their house...and this is my only option? I told her no, I'm sorry that is not okay with me. I asked her to talk to her supervisor and call back with another date. The next day, Nov 9, while I was not home, the Perfect Light entered my property and installed the wreaths and garland. Needless to say, they have lost all our business and I will tell everyone I know never to use The Perfect Light.

AMAZING!

The Perfect Light has done my Christmas lights for many years now and they always do a wonderful job! Their installers are very professional in appearance and in speech. I am also considering having them do my landscape lighting as well.
