Customer Service Sucks

Just tried to email then from their website and got it returned, no big surprise

Good Subs... Bad Customer Service Experience

6/30/2010 - I called at 7:43pm to hve a sub made. The employee advised that they were only doing walk-ins. As I was talking, I was hung up on. I was just advising that I was around the corner...literally. So I walked up there.... Now...
