Party Shack in Merrick Blvd in Queens is the worst party store ever!!! They were extremely late to deliver balloons for my baby shower. No apologies. We still gave them another chance for my daughters party. We needed tables and chairs delivered. They said they had no delivery van but we saw clearly the man that worked there pull up to the store and unload chairs into the store. Liars! Then the day of the party they didn't give the balloons we paid for to the guys picking up the stuff for us. Another person had to make another trip there. Such an inconvenience and again NO APOLOGY!!!! We try to support black owned businesses but with treatment like this why even bother? They will never get our business again!!!!
