Quick to responsd, fair stock in some areas - some not so fair
The people I spoke with were somewhat typical of an automotive-related store - a little bit gruff and not very interested in answering questions before selling the product. However, they did seem pretty knowledgeable.
The stock in exhaust parts left something to be desired as did parts for older (more than 15 years) vehicles.
PROS: Quick to respond, fairly knowledgeable
CONS: A little gruff to speak with, stock limited due to store size
