Dont use them!
I bought a house in a nieghborhood where parks heating and air did the installation all the hvac unit in all the houses. Its a saussy burbank neighborhood, who usually uses decent subcontractors from what I understand - but this time...

Great Service
Had a problem with my A/C and they came out an fixed the problem same day. They installed my system in 1996 and I have had a maintenance agreement with them ever since. Good company with reasonable prices.

Call them for service and they will try and drain your bank account dry or credit card dry for service costs! Run the other way- far, far away from them if you even think you may be compelled to call them for service! Should you decide...
