Chemical Burns
I came to get my dog and found him swollen and having trouble breathing. The vet said he would have died had i waited a hour longer. They got rude and very defensive when i came back trying to find out what they used on him.

Terrible Experience
My dog was in bad shape when I arrived. He'd had some kind of allergic reaction and was all swollen. It turns out later that they didn't dilute the chemicals properly.

Horrible Service
Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I don't quite understand the purpose of making an appointment if your dog is just going to sit in a kennel all day, regardless if you called 2 weeks in advance or a few hours in advance...
