Top Notch Dealership

I dealt with an excellent salesman and also the general manager, Peter Hern. I found both to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They bent over backwards for me. In fact, this was the best car buying experience I ever had, by far!!!

Worst Ever

Owen Lincoln Mercury was the worst experience ever. Unfortunately I found out too late. I bought a Certified Pre-Owed vehicle that needed to be served within 2 weeks of owning it. They were not helpful and they gave me a crappy rental...

Very fair

I dealt with an excellent salesperson named Ryan and Peter the general manager. Usually when going into a car dealership you experience some really pushy people. This was not the case at owen motors in Dedham. They were very fair.
