I called Orkin to get rid of a wasp's nest and was convinced over the phone to sign up for an annual contract that would have cost me over $600. When Greg, the pest exterminator, came over he identified that there was no need for an annual contract, took care of my wasps nest problem in minutes FOR FREE...AND...fixed my sliding door so that wasps couldn't get in to make future nests! All this was free - he literally saved me hundreds and went above and beyond his job requirements to put my sliding door back on track. He wouldn't take a penny from me for all this. Although I hope to never have to, I will definitely be using Orkin again - as long as I can get Greg again!
