poor customer service

we bought a new twin mattress for our daughter but he person building the day bed told us to buy a full mattress we found out the next day and we called to return it but they wouldnt take it back even as we had not opened the bag yet....

Horrible!

Horrible! \r

I bought one of the top of their line and was in pain after the first day. They said they have a no return policy...saying that even though GA has no law against it, they "choose" to follow the stricter laws of other states....
