This father & son team have made my basement leak more than it did before they supposedly sealed and corrected my leaky basement.
I paid them approx. $8,000.00 to seal my basement, the back side was leaking at the drain tile, they said they would fix the problem ;the first rain it leaked, then they said the driveway side was causing the problem, they dug that side up and then said that would fix the leaks, I now have leaks on all the sides, the upper walls, and there is green ,white, and black mold on all the new paneling we had installed. We also installed a new patio stone deck where they dug up the back side, a total waste since I will have to hire another contractor to do the project correctly.

First; I will have to sue Olivieri & son, his insurance company and his bonding company, since I am a senior citizen on a retirement income.

Rocco come out once and it took about 20 days for him to come out after I threatened to go to city hall, he does not answer his phone ,he does not accept registered mail, he said he would come back, this took place in june this year 2011, he has not come back yet ,this is the end of august, I do not trust him, we are seeking legal assistance, please do not deal with this contractor. I am a senior citizen, I have wet vacuumed the basement approx. 4 times since he said it was fixed, approx. 50 gallons of water in the basement , mopped the floor with my grand children, I am sick of this whole situation, I have cried every time it has rained, I cannot leave my home for fear the rain will come in while I am gone, no vacation , nothing, it is a shame someone will treat you this way.
This man does not know what to do, My contract with him and his son is for a 20 year dry basement. Do not be fooled by this contractor!!!!!

I live on Springwood rd in Parma Hgts, Ohio. I only hope other people will see this and refuse to do business with this contractor.
I am in process of contacting better business bureau and all local building Depts. to let them know about this contractor, we hope that all of the cities have a black list for contractors like Olivieri & son, who will not allow the contractor to get a permit in their cities before they have corrected the projects in other communities that still have leaks.
