Great food!
My family went to Steak Country and the food was great, although a bit pricey. You have to pay for everything separately. The atmosphere was fun and the kids enjoyed it.

Great Steak
I really enjoy the buffet. The John Wesley Hardin Steak is very tasty, I decided to try it instead of my usual Jesse James Steak which is also pretty good and great for small appetites. They serve some of the largest potatoes I've ever seen! Average priced and friendly atmosphere.

great chicken fried steak
When you crave a good chicken fried steak, Steak Kountry is the place to go! I would definitely recommend this place. Very friendly service, and it is a great place for families to dine. I will definitely return.

Great Family Dining
You can't go wrong with a meal at Steak Kountry. They offer a menu of steak, chicken, catfish and a buffet table. I prefer the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes. They have a wide assortment of veggies for the side. I have ordered everything from corn to black-eyed peas and from okra to greens. They also have a complimentary dessert bar that consists of cobblers, banana pudding and ice cream. Give it a try, you won't leave hungry.

Unpleasant dining experience
Service rude, very unpleasant dining experience. When I walked into the business I was ordered to have a seat by a waitress - she gave me a glass of water but then wasn't offered any other assistance. She and the other waitresses were busy talking to the male patron's in the dining area. I felt like I was in a bar and that their only objective was to flirt with the male customers. I was not serviced again by the rude waitress until I was informed she would take care of my ticket.

I just did not care for the food. and for the price I did not think it was worth it. if i am going to spend big i want the best and it was just not the best not the worest just not the best. however i have a friend that loves that place.

Terrible!
Same thing happened to us Gillian! We ordered from there a lot. It's nice to get steak delivered to your door. The food was never great, but the price was kind of reasonable and when I was tired from working all day and didn't feel like cooking, we'd order. I always ordered the same thing... the Judge Bean. It's a HUGE steak - like 20oz. So, one night we had friends over who were helping us on a big project. We were all exhausted and hungry.
