Refused to go in crawl-space

We called O'Donnell to come out and give us an estimate to what we think is a simple repair. However, when he got to our house - he refused to go in our crawl space ( he did not think he would fit - but we have had bigger guys tan him...

the best

odonnells was great. fixed my ac for me. refered to all my friends and family and they are vary happy with their work. fast and reliable anytime of the day. and the decals on the service vans are sweet like no other.

Worst service

Mr. O'donnell charged me $700 for a simple furnace repair. I called other companies and was told that it was $300 repair. He was rude and condescending, bad experience.

Bad service

Took advantage of the situation that I have small kids in the house and need heat asap. Overcharged me 200% or more for the repair he did. Charged me almost $600 for 20 minutes of work. Rude and condescending person.
