I love shopping the Rack for shoes! I almost always find get great bargains on high end shoes in my size which is a very common size. Staff are helpful and will hunt for a shoe's mate that's gotten separated, even calling me about it later in the week. They also carry high end spa products and attractive home accessories.

Great customer service
My husband will only buy his shoes at nordstorm they have a great return policy and feel that the customer is always right. I definatly recommend this store for all the shoe selections that they have.

Good, but not great
Though I love Nordstrom products, I cannot say that their Towson store is very organized. At the times I've been there, products are hung on racks in the wrong areas of the store. I cannot say that customer service is up to par as I specially ordered a pair of shoes that apparently never came in, and Nordstrom never called me to notify me of this change. Perhaps the store's best assett is that is located in the heart of Towson's commercial district at Towsontown Mall.
