Noah's Ark Pet Hospital is Incompetent & Unprofessional
I read the reviews and took my 3 dogs to Noah's Ark Pet Hospital despite most of the reviews were negative. I was only taking them for vaccinations and thought what could go wrong? All 3 were due for a couple of vaccinations so I went because the cost for vaccinations were quite a bit lower than my regular vet and there would be no office visit on top of vaccinations. I brought the reminder cards from my regular Veterinarian for each dog showing which two vaccinations each dog needed. I gave them to Karen at Noah's Ark. She made some notations on the cards that clearly stated the dogs only need two vaccines and then proceeds to administer the vaccines. Just as she was going to administer the vaccines to the 3rd dog one of the other workers confronts her as to why she is she giving the dogs full sets of vaccinations when the cards clearly show they only need two? I am now nervous as one of my dogs has an allergic reaction to one of the vaccines and another one of my dogs takes medicatio

Wouldn't trust them with my dogs life!
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the thick layer of dust on almost everything. The second was how disorganized the staff appeared to be. The third and most important thing to me was that the vet did not even bother to touch my pet once. she didn't check vitals and didn't inspect the bumps on my dogs back, she just knew right away what the problem was(from 2 feet away) and the bumps were too small to see from that distance. The fourth and final criticism I have pertains to the way the vet responded to my questions. Like I was beneath her and her time was being wasted by answering them.
Overall the staff was friendly, except for the vet herself . I will return with my other pets, but I recommend that anyone else should only use them for vaccinations as the prices are great. For anything more serious try a more competent and professional facility

we were apprehensive due to some negative reviews
we adopted duchess the rottie from carrollton animal shelter. We found the price was right for her spaying and rabies shot, and believed if we were nice and cordial, we would receive the same in return. The staff was helpful and informative, waiting room was pleasant, although Duchess was a little more sedated than we expected, she came through her surgery with flying colors. Advice treat others as you wish to be treated and you may receive the same in return.

REALY, REALLY AWFUL
I have never been in a vets office with so many obnoxious, unprofessional people at one time.
I have been there a few times, as our rescue works with them, and so far, each time has been a misery. The first time, I had an emergency and was there at 8am since they claim they are open at 8. When I arrived, they were not able to do anything because the vet didn't arrive until 10 (couldn't even tell me if the animal was still alive!). So, why they open at 8 if they are unusable until 10 is beyond me.
Next visit, after having to make multiple calls the get the appt because they do not have their records in order, I show up and am there is dried blood on the floor and the receptionist is nothing but rude- they have cats hanging out in the waiting room (I am under the impression they are the cats that are either always there or are the receptionists?) and she tells me not to let my dog go near them, as one doesn't like dogs (even though the dog is on the leash and the cat is the one wanderi

Great Veterinarian
I have been taking my dogs to this facility for several years now. We mainly go for shots but they also have performed neutering services for me as well. I have always been satisfied with their services and my dogs are well cared for.

Close to my house
Sorry, my cat almost died after sitting in his cage at this office all day. Picked him up after 3:00 to be told that he hadn't even been taken out of his cage, he had been there since 9:00 with out his meds, food, or water and was very very ill. There was only the vet in the office and she was doing a puzzle at the front desk. I just took him down the road to another vet.
Now the pros, this vet saved my other cat who had a surprise infection that caused him to go from 10 to 1 in less than one day. Took him in without an appointment and he was seen INSTANTLY.
The office is almost passable, not nice but fairly clean. The staff is mostly ditsy as they can be and can't find a file if they are sitting on it. Makes me crazy to be around this kind of disorganization and clutter.
I would not recommend them as groomers. If you decide to use them for this get it real clear if they intend to gas your pet cat rather than just use a sedative in order to make it easier for them.
