Horrible customer service and all employees possess no financial knowledge whatsoever

If you want a good broker who has knowledge of financing or refinancing a home, do NOT choose Nexerra. The incompetent individuals who work for this company do not know what they're doing and will waste your time. There customer service is substandard and their entire operation is a complete joke.
