Mr. Nobody, its all in the name!!!!!!

Went in on a Friday morning, 8-9am. Needed oil change/tire rotation, alignment. Called me around 2pm, said oil change/rotation was good, but unable to complete alignment because tie rods are bad. That's fine 130k miles on car no problem....
