BEST OFFICE STAFF EVER!!!!

THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WHERE SO SWEET TO ME IN MY TIME OF NEED. MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY ILL & THEY GOT US IN RIGHT AWAY. YES SOMETIMES IT HARD TO GET AN APPT. BUT THEY ALMOST ALWASY HAVE SAME DAYS. ALSO NOW THAT THEY HAVE THE URGENT CARE IT IS EVEN EASIER TO GET IN. THE OTHER REVIEW ARE OUT OF DATE "THIS OFFICE ROCKS"!!!!!!!!!! :)

I LOVE THIS DR.'S OFFICE!

I have just read the other reviews of my NEW Dr.'s office and feel compelled to right the wrong done. I do not have insurance (have applied for, but waiting) This office was so kind to me. They were able to fit me in between patients, the staff was upbeat and kind and the Doctor was wonderful. They helped me find lower cost medication, tests and were able to relieve some of my stress with good information and kind attitudes. I understand that not everyone has the same experience, but perhaps if you approach people with kindness and respect you will receive the same in return.

This doctor was cold to me and had no bedside manner whatsoever. She only focused on one issue, but kept me in the dark as to actual diagnosis, prognosis, and took over 2 months to send me to a specialist!! Her receptionist almost...

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR'S OFFICE...YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Was going to switch to this Doctors office for my whole family due to convenience of location. However, after the ridiculous situation that occurred between today and yesterday, I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know to never go there. If the doctors were wise, they would completely clean-house of their office staff. The office staff lied about a particular benefit (vaccination), instead of just saying that THEIR office didn't carry the vaccination. Well, they carry the vaccination, but not for PPO patients. Have you heard of such a thing? Apparently they are afraid of the insurance not covering it...even though my insurance will reimburse them 100%. They are more concerned about the dollars and cents than they are the welfare of my child.

not caring enough!!!!!

Dr. was not as caring as I would like...I'm only in my 30's and have a couple of issues and she did not seem interested to really look into my health issues.

Aganging Appointment has become outratious

OH my Gosh! When will this medical group find a solution to scheduling and "working with the patient?" Instead of a solution, I get attitude. I realize that Norco Medical Group has plenty of patience and loosing one or 50 makes no diffeence to them. Concern, caring has gone away completely. Working with patience is an inconvience. I am so sad at the attitude that I have to deal with when I need to see my doctor, when I can not make an appointment, when I have to fight through all the phone calls just to get to a scheduler who tells me to call the next day or there is no immediate space for me. Talking to others, I felt like I was complaining however, others have chimed in and feel exactly the same way I do. I felt relief because I was feeling so over whelmed dealing wih this medical group. I wanted to follow up with my hip and the chronic pain I seem to always be in. To bring this to a conclusion, I really feel that this group needs to consider the patient more, much more. If it requires spending more money for staff support or hiring more doctors for patient, doctor ratial then I would suggest strongly that this is what you would do. Dr. Minsinger has been very good to me as her patient however, if you run your doctors the way you care for your patience, I am terribly sorry for you as a non caring business man Dr. Nelson and a non caring doctor. The new health care for America is over do when this kind of treatment is being handed out.

Big mistake.....

I was not able to make a same day appointment even with chest pain, in fact it was 4 days. The office manager was a eye rolling, stuck up, neck rolling young lady that had no concern for the problem I had with the N.P. and the N.P. I saw spent 3 min's and basically brushed me off not to mention very rude and insensitive. While trying to explain problems I was rushed trough my visit and THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE A CHART. I had not finished filling my medical history out (It was my first visit). I will never be back, in fact I wouldn't send an enemy here....
