If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. I apologize for the language in advance, I am very upset and disgusted with the news I just heard. These are DISGUSTING, unethical human beings, Robs wife Renee is completely useless and all she knows how to do is give attitude, had I known the first time I delt with Rob that I'd have to deal with his wife EVER in the future I would not have rented from them. I can tell you that I just found out that the people that lived at the property I am occupying were meth cookers, I can't BELIEVE it's not the law to disclose that to your renters, but, even if it was I doubt they'd say anything, again these people are very shady. ANTS - I have had BUGS in the home since the day I moved in, ant infestations (so bad that I can't have any food left out, including my animals food) when I brought this up to Renee I was told "don't leave food out and the ants wont bother your dogs food" and "we have never had an ant problem at the property" umm...well you DO now, idiot. Anyway, I had to have my boyfriend spray outside and inside everyday for a week and I think they're finally gone, but I don't trust it so everything in my home food wise is in my fridge or freezer and my dogs food has to be kept in my bedroom in a cabinet that is air tight. MICE - Another problem I've had is mice in the home, I've found quite a few dead mice my dogs killed, luckily I actually take care of my dogs and they have the shots they're supposed to have or I'm sure they'd be sick and I'd be doing a lot more than just letting other people know not to trust/rent from these idiots. BED BUGS - I had a bed bug infestation, had to throw out a queen size bed I purchased the day I moved into this dump, my $500 couch and all of my bed stuff. I don't make a lot of money and I'm lucky that I was able to have my boyfriend pay for new furniture for me or I'd have nothing in that home, I have my boyfriend over now at least once a month to fog the home so the bugs don't return (we have a disgusting neighbor, broken down cars and RV's and EVERYTHING in the backyard and I know we'll be re-infested as soon as I stop having it sprayed) I was told by Rob that this was my responsibility and that there was nothing they would do (other than get it sprayed and let me make payments) NOT ACCEPTABLE. I contacted code enforcement and they told me I could send him letters and get out of my lease, but I paid $1300 to move into this piece of sh*t, small, disgusting home and I'll be damned if I don't get every penny back. The neighbors to one side are crack heads that knock on my door for cigarettes, even though they've been told 30 times I DON'T SMOKE. I'm sick of seeing this "faces of meth" c*nt on my doorstep. The neighbor on the other side (that is connected to my house) is again, very dirty, and he runs water for days at a time, so I don't get any water pressure, it's not even funny. Their maintenance man is a liar, within the first month maybe 2 that I was there I had an issue with the toilet and it wouldn't flush, he came out 3 days later, and they charged me for this idiot SNAKING THE TOILET! Renee told me multiple times that he did not snake the toilet, thus, calling me a liar, and I ended up paying $30 for this lying sack of sh*t to snake a f*cking toilet. It took 3 months for me to get a light in my backyard, so my dogs couldn't see while they were in the back, and I couldn't see them and it made me very uncomfortable. The back yard was a MESS when I got there, trash, shoes and dead leaves, dog sh*t and who knows what else back there, I got all that cleaned up, even though I was promised by Rob that he'd have someone there to clean up the backyard the day I moved in. LIES. Just to sum it up....DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Please save yourself the heartache, disgust, and disappointment, even though the rent is cheap, the treatments to keep the bugs, mice and meth addict neighbors away is just NOT worth it. Besides, the house is seriously the smallest place I've ever seen in my life! Half of my stuff is in storage (thank god, I'd hate to have to throw everything else I own away) Keep looking! Craigslist has houses that will be better than this, on a better side of town, with better landlords, or should I say SLUMlords.
