I am using the Midway Care Medical Transportation Inc. for almost 2 months now, for travelling to the dialysis center at Wilshire Blvd. At first few times riding, I was impressive, the driver (name: Jose, he said he is the supervisor, I don't know his last name), but later on - he kept me waiting longer than 45 minutes many times and didn't call or to inform me (he has my phone number!!). Today I finished my dialysis at 15.45 pm, and waiting for him until 16.50 pm, tried to call him over the cellphone but couldn't be reached. I called your office to let them know that JOSE didn't come to pick me, and didn't get any responsive! So I walked to get the public transportation (with my weakness health, and fainted). No body call me if they will pick me up or not, until got home about 18.15pm. This man has been doing this to me often, I just wonder if he can be treated any manner to his client ? I have been so nice to him and respecting to his profession (DRIVER). This review is to let others know that the health care driver "JOSE" is dishonest to the company's client and keep doing constantly! I hope this review will pass to his boss, and should be correcting Jose's misbehaving toward the company's client!
