Stay far away

I ordered 10 bags of shot from this store (They had hung up a sign in a local gun shop for bulk orders). When they were placing the order, they didn't know what size shot to get. Rather than calling me, they assumed 7 1/2 (I needed 9).

When I brought this to the persons attention, he said Sorry, no refunds! It's not like they couldn't have sold it to someone else.. THEY ARE A GUN SHOP! So, because they made an error, I was stuck with 10 bags of 7 1/2 shot. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Just sat there with a smug look.

Never ever EVER do business with this shop. Drive a little further and go to Johnsons or Gun Center.

PROS: None that I can see

CONS: They don't even pretend to know what customer service is
