AWFUL Cust Svc - EVERY TIME!!

Everyone knows this store is always a complete dump - mess everywhere, but that's expected, and you just have to know you're going to wade thru stuff to find what you need.

But lately, the customer service is getting worse and worse! ...

Poor management

Have tried several times to do business at this michael's in rivergate. Disappointed everytime I walk in there. Messy store. Poor management. Very unhelpful! Tried to get a mat for our picture frame and could barely get the lady behind...
