Horrible Cleaning, Constant Screw Ups

I used Merry Maids in Venice CA May 2010.

In a two bedroom apartment, they missed:
dust on windows,
floor wasn't clean,
house never smelled clean,
specifics i asked to have done were not addressed, and they repeated same mistakes...
