Life has changed a lot recently. I got promoted, was granted some nice options in my tech company, bought a condo and was considering some investments my stock broker buddy was recommending with my new found success. Then it dawned on me, maybe turbo tax was not going to be enough going forward. I went to H&R Block. Big mistake; I knew more than they did. Then I went to my Dad's tax guy; a little better but still clueless on the tecnology industry.

Then a co-worker told me about Michael Medkiff. Big step up, does lots of tech peeps and explained the whole option process to me in plain english. Helped me set up a side company to pursue my start up idea. And warned me about a tax trap that my broker buddy almost got me into. It turns out you can have phantom income if you do the option thing wrong so make sure you get good advise before pulling the trigger.

He has nice professional offices, staff and the price to go with it so only use him if you have something good to protect. But if you do it's worth it.
