The Max Broock agents never return phone calls. I guess my 100,000 house is snubbed due to their birmingham attitudes. So stuck up, I am changing to someone else as soon as it expires!!! I do not like them at all.

2 bad experiences and complete disregard for our concerns
We've had bad experiences twice with the same office now - Max Brooks in Birmingham, MI, both as a buyer. In the first instance a few years ago, Edie Franklin refused, despite my wife's concerns, to put any sort of late departure penalties in the contract for a house she was buying. Naturally, the person departed late and caused a delay in getting into the house, additional storage fees etc (though we did recover the additional costs from the seller). More recently be bought a house with Eva Morrow as the agent. She seemed reasonable and we had no reason to believe that one problem agent indicted the entire office. What a mistake. As a result of her failure to deliver some specific paperwork at closing, we're now being hit with over $2800 in water assessments that the seller had agreed to pay. The broker - Jon Swords - has simply ignored any outreach to try to address the situation. Given the broker's complete disregard for addressing an expensive problem, I'd have a difficult time rec

Great office
We bought our house through this office and they went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. Nancy Robinson is a gem of an agent and I would recommend her to anyone.
