Joe Mastriano is a FRAUD
Joe Mastriano prepared several years of back tax returns for me and my wife. The returns were audited by the IRS and were found to be DEFICIENT - which means I OWED money!!!! DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
