Less then Stellar performance
I bought a HDTV and had a problem with it and called the Manufacture because it was under warranty. Apparently if you live in Kitsap County you are stuck with these guys, The TV company gave me the phone number for these guys and I was told that they didnt need to take the Television in, they could do an in home repair. Well they showed up with a truck and told me that they needed to take the TV in. They didnt even offer a replacement Loan TV they wanted to leave me with No TV, so I declined. After all was said and done they came back in a few days with a replacement board, Did not take care of my Television at all and scratched it. It was like they didnt even care that I had a thousand dollar TV. After they replaced the board on my TV it was worse then before. The guys seemed like they did not know what they were doing and werent trained.
