Good gym
All the equipment is nice and new. It is a small gym, yeah, but you see that when you sign up. You can't become a member somewhere after you sign up/take a tour then complain that there's no availability. If you live in the lower east...

Great gym in the LES
I love this gym! Its really clean, great crowd and perfect location if you live anywhere around the lower east side. For a gym in NYC, this membership fee is very reasonable
