What can I say.. I google'd for a locksmith, these guys popped up and I called the to change my mothers locks. I have no idea what happened, all I know is that not my mom is happy and she keeps talking about the "nice man" that changed...

this guy showed up almost 25 minutes later then what i was told over the phone which really pissed me off. He did open the door for me but that's only because I had no other choice and did not want to wait any longer for someone else.

GREAT HELP

I guess we must have called on an off day - i originally intended to schedule an appointment but the lady on the phone said that they cam come out right then and there and there are no extra charges for that. I found that hard to believe...
