The 4th Street Lifestyle Fitness is a good facility; it has a good amount of cardio equipment, machine and free weights as well.

The hours are very poor; there is no reason a gym with thousands of members should close at 7:00pm on a Saturday. They should be weary of other local gyms offering much more realistic hours of operation.

This gym has alot to offer and attracts alot of young people. They have a ton of treadmills and elliptical machines. I have been going , to this gym location for almost 2 years now and I usually get in and out, except around 5pm, avoid the rush by going later after 7pm or @ 7am. Good place to meet women! read more ...
