Not sure how they stay in business
I've been trying to deal with the owner John Lenz for several weeks, and this guy is a ghost. He doesn't return calls, his staff is rude, and I'm not sure how in this economy he is still in business.

If you don't care that it takes forever and you are always hunting them down because they haven't shown up for days they are the company for you.

The worst company ever!!
I can not believe USAA suggested we use Lenz to rebuild after a house fire. They are over-extended. (Have way too many permits out.) They fail to return emails and phone calls. They fail to produce information.

Lenz Contractors was the best company that I have used for home repair ever!
