Overpriced ($389) and still no heat!!

First, the guy got lost coming here, then he lost his tool- apparently he screwed the panel door closed after leaving it in the unit. Then, he left my disconnect switch unhooked and out IN THE RAIN for 8 HOURS before calling to say, oops...
