DO NOT GO TO LEE INSTITUTE!!! They are ripoff artists who try to say that you can go to another class the same day and "catch up" when you sign up for one elsewhere. When you decide you want to follow the law and attend all 24 hours and decide that you don't want to go to Brookline to go to the already in session class, you ask for a refund seeing that their policy on the website says that you are allowed a refund (mind you we never got the textbooks either so we should be refunded for those). When you try to get a refund, they will keep telling you they will "look into it" and when you contest it through your credit card they try to tell you that you took the course so they can't understand why you're taking a credit. I've been through the dispute process for almost 9 months, have contacted Rich several times to no avail, and have been threatened on the phone with him saying that he will keep contesting the charge. DO NOT GO!!!!

I have proof that Richard tried to send fraudulent signup forms to my Discover card. The attorney general and BBB have been contacted. I'm making it my job to notify all other people.
