Outstanding professional trainer

Like many, i needed to lose weight, get healthier.. this has been a struggle. tryed gyms, trainers, group classes and i just dropped out.

i found June at Lean images personal training and thought, i am going to try one more time...

Tough Workout

Lean Images and SWAT Boot camp are awesome.

i did that tabata workout and got my butt kicked... i love it.. i have also done the bootcamp and every workout was different.. I got a great strength workout and the drill bought my heart...

Outstanding Bootcamp and Fitness Training

I have "tried" out several camps in Austin and the Houston area. I found they were all the same... Get to certain fitness level and stayed there or it seemed we did the same exercises all the time.

SWAT Fitcamp Best bootcamp in town!

S.W.A.T. is better than I had hoped. The workouts are always varied,. The intensity levels are adapted to each individual, so they constantly keep pushing you.

I see re sults and I'm having a blast.

June and Carol are the best...

Austin #1 Bootcamp - SWAT Fitcamp

Was fearful but after the first camp, i knew i had found the right program for me..

highly recommend for all fitness levels. Trainers are so experienced and down to earth.
