nice staff but terrible communication

Hospital did not call us with preop information or instructions as we were told they would. We waited and waited the day before and never got a call, finally about 8pm the night before surgery we called ourselves and were told everyone...

Terrible customer service

The staff in his hospital are rude, whether it's in the emergency room or OBGYN procedures etc., just very rude AND they can't get your contact information correct. Don't go here.
