LA fitness employees sucks.
The Overall equipment is good beside some of the treadmills were lying there without any repairs. I opted for a trainer but hardly could get one for my desired time. And the LA fitness employee DRE who is responsible for Trainer membership cheated me. I told him that I would like to go for month to month membership and I will be cancelling it anytime, he told me that membership will be cancelled without questions. But when I asked him to cancel it he told me that I have 12 month contract and have to give some documents for cancellation like relocation letter. I have to follow up with him a lot of times for get it done but by the time it was done I was already charged 320 bucks which I never used in my life. F*** him... due to this incidence my whole expercience was painful. One wrong employee can make many unhappy customers.

Not Impressed
If you are joining for the pool...don't bother. Always a problem and closed too often (for mechanical/sanitary problems). Not impressed. I am trying to cancel my membership and getting directed in circles...typical. Poor customer service.

A so-so place to go
It's okay, but not the best, even with an indoor pool and immense size its variation in machines, customer service and pricing are all flawed. This big corporate owned company doesn't follow the bigger is better motto.

Clean & Good
I really like LA Fitness for a number of reasons. First, its fairly new and the equipment is in very good shape. The facility is huge, so there is plenty of room for all the gym go-ers. It has its own women's gym room which is pretty nice. The price is a little steep, but it also comes with an indoor pool which many gyms don't offer. I would definitely recommend it!
