Actually Brian, you created the problems and the stress, you did not allow us easy access to show the home, you did not clean up like you were supposed, your Mom and Brother came to help and they dropped the ball too, so we had to hire lots of help at the last minute and then to top it off, you abandoned your two cats in the home as you dissapeared, what a great guy! We are actually taking care of the cats you left in the home. We are actually taking good care of Barbara's home.

This group will create undue stress and cost.
At first I thought Patrick Boyle from LaCosta Sales and Rentals was just very disorganized but came to realize that his miscommunications appeared to part of his strategy. He repeatedly made very costly promises to potential renters creating unneccessary adversarial relationships .
