Discriminatory

I moved from central phoenix to the west valley, so as well I had to change doctors. I called Dr. Labranche's office to inquire about exception of new patients. A young lady picked up the phone on the first ring (one good thing), " Is your office excepting new patients?” "Yes, what type of insurance do you have Mrs?” "Mercy care plan” "Where not excepting any Mercy care plan patients Dr Labranche is full”, then she hung up with out another word.
I read the other one star review and the response by the doctor before I called and gave it a 50/50 chance. But after that one brief conversation with whom ever in that office, I more than 100% believe that young ladies account of her experience with this practice. I was offended and hurt by the woman's response actions due to my current situation.. I hope all grievances filled against them are enforced to the fullest existent.
