No pressure travel agency
I went to Kutrubes Travel Agency to look into a cruise because I needed a vacation. I knew I wanted to go somewhere warm but other than that I had no ideas. The travel agent I spoke to was very helpful. She told me about a lot of different destinations. She told me the positive and negative of each destination and tried to find out what I liked. She spent a good amount of time with me and I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. I will definitely go back and book my trip when I decide where I want to go.

hassle free travelling
kutrubes travel agency arranged all the travel related parts of the vacation that we took this summer. it was a good hassle free travelling experience.they were low priced and they provided good service. they were very customer friendly and very polite and professional.they worked within our budget.nice business.

Caveat Emptor
We traveled to the Balkans with Kutrubes this fall and it was the worst travel experience we have ever had. The itinerary was uneven - too rushed in places and to brief in others - and a few of the accommodations were just barely acceptable.
