I have bought a refrigerator and a stove from Kuntz over the years. minus a few dents there was nothing wrong with either appliance. Kuntz provides quality merchandise for less than anyone is the surrounding areas!

New to San Angelo
I am new to San Angelo and I am very disappointed in the way that I have been spoken to by one of the guys at Kuntz appliance. I called once to ask a question and the guy was extremely rude but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he was having a bad day. I called again today to ask a question that required a simple yes or no answer and I got a very rude response. I am not sure about their appliances because the dishwasher in my home has had to have a new motor two times and it is not even a year old yet. I have never been to their store so I can't say anything about the majority of the people that work there but because of my experience on the phone I will never visit their store and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great deals, EXCELLENT customer service!
It is always a little painful to drop more than $500 but washers, dryers, and other major appliances are necessary purchases. I drove all over San Angelo trying to find the best deal on a washer and dryer and in every store I found sales people who were more interested in making a sale than they were listening to my needs. After a string of bad experiences I was pleased to make my purchase at Kuntz Appliances. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a gentlemen who LISTENED to my needs and respected my budget. Not only did I save over $100 by shopping at Kuntz Appliances but I got same day delivery without sacrificing customer service or quality. I am incredibly grateful to the staff of Kuntz Appliances and I know if we ever need to buy another major appliance we will go there first!

In the market for Scratch & Dent Appliances?
This is a great place to buy brand new, scratch & dent appliances at a reasonable cost. My mom needed a dryer after hers went out and we visited this store and she purchased a new dryer that simply had a dent on the side that the guy had to point out to us. The price was really reasonable and the salesman was very helpful.
