WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Try calling these people and have a laugh when they tell you they are too busy to take care of you. They actually tell you to CALL THEM BACK when they are too busy! (They won't even offer to CALL YOU BACK themselves) And the "manager" has horrible manners and is very disrespectful, she hangs up on clients! Hard to believe this "company" is still in business. What a bunch of idiots!

Horrific customer service!

This company has the most unprofessional staff. They are rude and have no motivation in helping the customers. They give wrong information to the customer to attract their attention and LIE about their services! The person who "help" me ONAISY GONZALEZ, was the worst part of my experience at this horrible company, she is rude, ignorant and very disrespectful. I feel sorry for this company and for Onaisy Gonzalez.

WORSE AGENCY EVER

The first thief is the owner. They are all rude and unprofessional.
None are real insurance agents and dont even have a clue about what the coverages are or what it is they are selling.

They tell you one thing over the phone and then when you get there is something completetly different.

I had family members that were ripped off by them and left to another agency.

They are even charging for things that are illegal as per the insurance department, which they should pull an investigation and shut it down.

This place is the worse so far in my experience as a consumer and professional.

BEST INSURANCE AGENCY

I HAD A GREAT OPINION ABOUT THIS INSURANCE AGENCY,THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS,THEY ARE A REALLY NICE TEAM,ALSO THEY HELP ME A LOT.I HOPE THEY KEEP DOING A GOOD JOB,I LOVE THEM.

The Worst Company In Miami

One of the biggest mistakes I made in my life have been do business with this company. Something that characterizes this company is lying, lack of professionalism, the abuse to the customers, discourtesy, and just to mention some of the many negative adjectives that they deserve. Because of these unscrupulous people so I'm going through difficult moments. Beware of this company, because they know nothing about car insurances.
