Dont use this company
I hired Keystone Bus Svc Incorporated to transport out-of-town guests
for my wedding in April 20007. They were contracted to shuttle guests
from the wedding mass to the cocktail hr/reception and then act as a
shuttle service between the reception venue and hotels where guests
where staying. I had supplied the company with specific details and
directions to each location. I DID NOT receive the services that were
contracted.
The driver got lost several times while guests were on board, causing
these guests to be 45 minutes late to my cocktail hour! At the same
time many friends and family guests, including the grooms parents,
were waiting for the shuttle service back at the hotel. Since the
driver arrived late with the first round of guests, the guests were
waiting at the hotel for over an hour to be picked up. At this point
they had already missed the cocktail hour of my wedding!!! They then
decided to take their own cars as transportation to the wedding.
Therefor, my whole intention of hiring the bus company was now voided.
As the bride, who hired the company to do a job to avoid out-of-town
guests getting lost in an unfamiliar area, it was very frustrating to
learn that a reputable company could not do their job. It ruined part
of the most important day of my life, my wedding day. It was upsetting
to learn how guests missed the whole cocktail hour. Not to mention the
costs I lost paying for them to be there. I would NEVER recommend this
company to anyone!
