Great service

I've dealt with Stanley Shimabukuro for over 20 years. He's managed a townhouse for me. He is diligent, honest and entirely trustworthy. I don't think the condo has been vacant for more than a week or so during the entire time we have dealt with him.

Paul is the rudest person you could ever deal with

The receptionist is a spineless liar, feeding untruths to customers while cowering behind her desk...pathetic. You do not want Paul to have your phone number, he is the rudest agent you could ever deal with...stay away from this company at all costs!

Great experience!

My agent with Kamehameha Realty was Stanley Shimabukuro. He was very professional, prompt, responsive, and easy to deal with.

When I first moved in, he was very good about getting some minor fixes done that the apartment needed. When I moved out, he was understanding about a problem I had with a cleaning service I had hired, and found a reasonably-priced service to do the move-out cleaning for me. The checkout was fast, and my deposit refund came very quickly. I highly recommend Kamehameha Realty as a renter, and my guess is that they provide equally good service to owners, as well.
