I had a wonderful experience with the JIm Ball Dealership when it was time to look for a new lease. My salesman was Jeff Vedder who was wonderful and had the patience of a saint. Jeff was very friendly, listened to my needs and wants, and knowledgeable of the vehicles and the lease programs. When it was time to pick up my 2011 Caldillac SRX, Jeff was off that day, but offered to come in anyway. It turned out that Andrew was kind enough to assist Jeff with the delivery of my vehicle. I was very impressed with Andrew's knowledge of the SRX and reassured me I didn't need to fear driving the FWD SRX in the winter. I also wanted to give special thanks to Mr. Ball and the finance men (sorry could not remember their names) for how hard they worked on making this deal work for me. I truly walked out of the dealership feeling I was special. Everyone worked together as a team. So a special Thank You to everyone at Jim Ball for assisitng me in leasing the car of my dreams! You guys ROCK!!!!

I was looking for a used SUV for a while. I searched and test drove and did the normal research for weeks trying to find an SUV that I liked for the price I wanted. When I talked to Kim the first time she assured me that I would be able to get what I wanted in my price range. I then went there and saw my new car. Matt was my sales man, he was nice and friendly and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. I was very impressed with how he handled himself. He never pressured me to buy the car. I felt very at ease with him and his manager Kevin. They assured me that I would be very happy with my choice. They also worked very hard to get me the financing I needed at the interest rate I wanted. Even the paperwork was effortless. The finance department was very helpful and seemed to genuinely cared about what I wanted and needed from them. I am truly amazed at how well Jim Ball's whole team made me feel comfortable with buying a car. This experience has totally changed the way I view buying a car!

I bought a sporty G6 from Jim Ball and Clayton was my salesman. He accomodated my reasonable requests and handled it very professionally...and I AM VERY PICKY! The price was right, the model was what I was looking for. Gift recipient was pleased. I also referred a family member to him and they bought a vehicle as well, with 6 months apart. Most of all he was NOT PUSHY.

I generally don't like the car buying experience because of the sales approach but I recently had a great experience with Andrew when buying my 2011 GMC Terrain. He was helpful and straight forward which is all you can really ask for.

I bought an Impala earlier in the year. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me since it was not on the lot. A matter of a couple of days I had exactly what I wanted. I have had nothing but compliments on my car and had no issues so far. My buying experience was not as stressfull and I expected. If you dont want to be attacked as soon as you pull in, then you might want to shop here. Thumbs up.

A huge thank you to Peter Gemmati and all for his prompt reply and assistance this morning after nearly losing my SRX over the ledge while backing down in the driveway last evening in the snowstorm. Once I got towed out, Peter told me to bring it right in which I did. It was put up on the lift and we both inspected the undercarriage to which there were no problems noted miraculously!! It's Peter's prompt attention to matters like this that keep me returning to Jim Ball GMC/Cadillac!!! THANKS PETER!!

I purchased a preowned GMC Sierra from Matt Verel. He was great! He helped me find the right vehicle that fit my needs and I enjoy driving it! I refered my cousin to Matt after because he was so great in helping me out! I’ve also had service done at Jim Ball and they fixed what i needed and really helped me out. I’ve had a great experience all around.

Terrible
I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership unless you plan on taking it somewhere else for service. We bought a beautiful 2009 Pontiac with less than 18,000 last August and have several problems with it...
