Service is poor. Owner has an attitude and she gives improper expectations on time when your dog should be completed. Never have I waited this long for my dog to be finished at a salon. I have tried PetCo, Petsmart, etc... never have I had to wait 7-8 hours for them to be finished. Dropped my dog off at 1 and he was not ready until 8! Business is horrible, very unsatisfied and I will never return to Jazzy Pets.
