J & D Foods Inc. was established in 1977 By Eddie Gauna and Jane Muller, it was passed on to Debra J Gauna and is still family-owned and operated today by her children today.
Family-owned and operated since 1977, we are New Mexico’s First Beef Jerky / Carne Seca Company. Our family has been creating all-natural delicious New Mexican snacks for over four decades. Creators of the original Green Chile Carne Seca, we have been using the same recipes and techniques in the traditions that our ancestors passed on to us.
