Great Health Club!

After my second child was born, I really needed to get some help to get into shape. I got back into shape, and then more...I am even healthier than I've ever been. Everyone tells me I look fantastic, and I also feel great.

The trainers here are caring, smart, and dedicated. The facility is spacious but not so huge that you feel like part of a people mill. Nice locker room with great showers and towel service. I have found the whole experience really wonderful.

good quality gym

I really enjoyed going to this gym. They have a separate area for women and plenty of machines to go around. It is well maintained and clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Large facility - separate womens area

This is a large facility with an indoor basketball court. They have circuit training as well as the regular gym stuff. Nice facility, folks are nice, clientel is nice. Bring your headphones and workout! Oh, the other nice thing about In-Shape is that you can use any facility once you sign up.

Stay Away

Horrible gym to workout at. You can never find a free machine anywhere from 5-8 o'clock at night. The staff was also very unpleasant to my wife who had a problem with her membership account, in which they had overcharged her bank account for our membership fees. They would not agree to pay for the overdraft fees. Please stay away.

Best Health Club in Visalia CA

The trainers are very knowledgeable and the equipment is very nice. They have a lot of great workout machines. It is a great place to go for a good workout. I can spend 45 minutes in there and feel like I got a good workout. It is very convienent and a great place to go.

Only If You Are Desperate

So I just moved to the area and a neighbor of mine reccomends this place, uh yeah no thanks. First they have a scam going to join for $1.00 plus first months dues. Well guess what they don't tell you until you get in the hell hole that it is plus a $99.00 processing fee. What the hell are you processing, I am the one that has to fill out your long packet and give you my bank information.
Secondly it is womens only which is fine but very small and some of the machines are soooo old I am quite sure Jane Fonda took a twirl on them a long time ago, it needs to be updated. So she goes into her hard sales pitch and I have tuned her out by then because I keep looking around and see nothing that would make me give her my real name at that point.
So I guess if you are a mommy { I am but not that kind} that wears mom jeans, white reeboks,and scrunchies then go ahead.
Yikes was all I could think of, the bonus was no one was there during the day.
