Ideal's agent Michael was simply fantastic. He responded to our emails within minutes, made sure we knew all the pertinent information about each and every apartment before we set out to see them, and helped us get approved for an amazing space in Park Slope (my husband's credit is not so great, but we provided a guarantor and Michael helped guide us through the lease negotiations with so much tact and attention!)
