Horrible Service, Horrible Ethics, Horrible Quality! Overall Horrible! I deeply regret calling Ideal Climate! The owner and a technician came to my house to service and replace parts for my two mastercools. One of the mastercools stopped working about 20 minutes after they left and they didn't reschedule until two days later. When they finally came back they noticed major water damage in my hallway and they failed to let me know. When I asked them what was happening they simply replied that they didn't know and walked out of the house. I had to shut off the water valve because they couldn't even do that. I noticed the water was coming in from the roof and they denied it and tried to blame the problem on an interior pipe when the water was plainly coming in from outside. I had to call a carpet cleaning company to extract the water and call another person in to change the valve because it was still leaking despite them having replace it. When I tried to resolve the problem with the owner Daniel Sanchez and his father Jesus Sanchez and they both denied any fault in the problem and refuse to discuss the problem in a civilized manner. They were both rude and sarcastically responding to my complaints and merely responding that it was their word against mine and threatened me by saying that if I placed a complaint with the BBB they would call in their lawyers and take us to court! Avoid this company!!
