Nothing but positives-We have lived at Hunters Ridge for a year and a half. The location is great with easy access to Metropolis Mall, 1-70 and 465. The apartment is spacious with great closet space and a deck big enough for a table and chairs-I love it. The people who live here are very nice and mostly considerate. I have never had any problem with noise-it is very, very peaceful. I walk the trails at night and fell 100% safe. The best part of living here is the staff. To say they are nice just isn't enough. The woman in the office is always smiling, very polite and quick to help with anything you ask. The maintenance guys are polite, friendly and efficient. We haven't had any major problems, but when we called about small problems that I told them not to rush on they were here that day to take care of them anyway. I have moved a lot and lived in a lot of places and have a lot of places to compare to and this is a great place to live.

I lived in these apartments with my roommates for a little under 5 years. The office staff was always courteous and when we had to leave, these people helped us through it every step of the way. The parking was good (however we only had 2 cars) so I don\'t know how hard it would be for multiple cars, but in general the place was amazing. Generally the neighborhood was quite quiet. The last two apartments I lived at prior were absolutely horrible and ripped me off of my money. So when I say that Hunters Ridge was amazing, please take that to heart. I would recommend this place to anyone who\'s looking for a nice, clean, dependable apartment that\'s about a couple miles away from shopping and restaurants. They are definitely worth your time.

I love this place!
I love this place. It's quiet with gorgeous grounds! The apartments are built very well (I've never heard my neighbors) and the management is great. I've lived here for over 2 years now, from 2008 to present and I just signed another year...
